Hey, I’m Dan, and welcome to The Driven Personal Training. I’ve been where you are—feeling burned out and stuck, going up and down, trying to make changes but never knowing how to keep it going. Even as a coach, I’d get good, then fall off, good, then fall off. It wasn’t until I committed fully and flipped a switch in my mind that everything changed.
