  • What is your personal training program?
Everyone starts out the same as an online client and you can book sessions in person if you are locally. Online personal training is a fitness coaching service delivered via the Internet. It enables you to receive a workout program calibrated to your fitness level, providing a linear route to your goals. The personal training software the program is built on is in the form of a fitness app that makes workout planning and tracking effortless. I’ve built this service with the intention of making it a best-in-class service for those looking to make serious lifestyle change and approach fitness in a sustainable way. I will build your workout program specifically for you, you’ll then be able to access tailored fitness programs, instructional videos, and nutrition coaching. The service is bolstered by personal accountability, featuring regular check-ins and feedback with your dedicated personal trainer aka me.
  • What results can I expect ?
It depends on what your goals are, and at what stage you are on your fitness journey. Some of my clients are simply looking to improve their self-esteem and establish healthy habits. Others are seeking muscle building or fat loss as part of a body transformation. No matter the initial goal you would like me to help you pursue, I would expect you to have an improved body composition, greater energy levels, and the ability to maintain the results I’ve helped you achieve. In this way, my intention is that your coaching experience will be transformative.
  • Can I speak to you before I sign up?
Absolutely, I encourage potential clients to fill out an application before signing up. You'll speak with me personally to make sure we have a mutually good fit, and I'm the best coach to help you along your fitness journey.
  • Do I need experience to work with you?
I have worked with people from all walks and stages of life. Some with little knowledge and others who were very knowledgable and new there way around in the gym. Short answer: No you do not.
  • I have been trying to lose weight and nothing is happening?
It's quite common to feel this way, and you're not alone. There are various reasons this could be happening, but I'll highlight the most frequent ones. The first question I always pose is whether you are tracking your food intake. If you're not, that's likely the reason you have no idea if you're in a calorie surplus or deficit. You might think you're in a calorie deficit based on a website calculation, but how accurate is that? Consider how much you move throughout the day, your stress levels, your sleep quality, and your recovery. How long have you been in this deficit? You might be experiencing some metabolic adaptation, which I can help with. Another factor to consider is whether you're weighing your food correctly. For example, if you simply note that you ate one small banana without logging its actual weight, keep in mind that the weight of a small banana can vary significantly each time.
  • What is all included in the coaching
As my one-on-one coaching client, you'll have access to two user-friendly mobile applications that I utilize. One of these is a food logging app that seamlessly syncs with my training app, where you'll spend most of your time. Through the training app, you can easily communicate with me, conduct your weekly check-ins, and view any adjustments I make to your plan. You'll be able to log your workouts, progress photos, body measurements, weigh-ins, and more. Essentially, you’ll have a coach available whenever you need assistance. If you require a Zoom call, feel free to schedule it—there’s no limit on the number of sessions because I believe you should receive as much support as you need, especially at the beginning. Additionally, you can choose to pay biweekly or monthly.
  • What if I am local and want some in-person sessions?
Many local individuals appreciate the in-person experience too. Each session costs $75, and scheduling is a breeze. I provide a scheduling link that allows you to book as many sessions as you'd like in advance. At the end of each week, on Fridays, I will charge your card on file. Some clients choose to schedule only when a new workout phase begins, while others prefer weekly sessions for added accountability. There are also those who opt for monthly sessions or none at all. Ultimately, it all depends on your preferences and goals.
  • How long of a commitment do you have to make?
I need a three-month commitment, after which it will transition to a month-to-month arrangement. Or you can opt in for a year contract for cheaper rates.
  • What is your most popular type of client?
Two years ago, my response would have been unequivocally women. Currently, however, my focus has shifted to busy moms and dads, particularly those who are also business owners. While I estimate that around 75 percent of my clients are still women, I have come to realize that my ideal clients are those who are not afraid of hard work. Initially, I accepted anyone who expressed interest in working with me, as most new business owners tend to do. However, my approach has evolved, and I now selectively choose clients based on their alignment with my coaching style. I expect my clients to commit to the work required; if they do not adhere to my strategies, we will engage in a candid discussion to develop a robust plan for success. If we cannot achieve results, it may be necessary for us to part ways.
